The D.C. District Court Has a New JS-44, and the Old One Stops Working September 1
The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has issued a revised civil cover sheet, JS-44 (Rev. 8/2026 DC). The bigger news is what changed on the form itself: the A-N case assignment checkboxes are gone, the TRO category is now mandatory, and two nature-of-suit codes moved.
